Finally

Finally, after a bit of a wait I have picked up my "La Luna" print by Joe Sorren from Outre Gallery and it's awesome!! It's now hanging in the bedroom - making our house look alot more like a home since we haven't put much up on the walls yet!

I love this guys work, beautiful, whimsical and bizarre - right up my alley.

Nearly There

Well this didn't take half as long as I thought it would! All that needs doing is gluing on some of the frames around the windows. The next step is to decide whether to paint or stain the exterior then onto decorating the interior. Can't wait!

Also coming soon to The Creative Haven will be some funky little puzzles, we are picking up the samples from the printers tomorrow so stay tuned for more on that.

And so it Begins

Finally I have started this dolls house for Audrey's room - Every day I started it this week she kept waking up - maybe she doesn't like it! Anyway another big job for myself - cause I want to interior decorate it really cool too. Stay tuned!!

Something Old, Something New

Since I haven't had much time to be making any new art/design I have been doing things around the house. These are some pictures of the drawers I fixed up for Audrey's nursery. I bought them for $30 at an op shop and they were white, scratched with gold handles. They came up pretty good - I'm planning on putting the little birds on some tree branches and then putting them in a blue/green vase - bit of a bohemian theme maybe? - have to do something about the curtains next.
